I highly recommend you to book a reservation in advance, before you go to any of these rooftops!

Midtown
Great and cool indoor rooftop with views of the Empire State Building and a nice decor.
Great for lunch on weekdays and brunch on weekends.
Refinery Rooftop: 63 W 38th St. & 6th Ave.
The Lodge at Gallow Green
Chelsea
Atop the roof of McKittrick Hotel (home to Sleep No More). A rooftop hideaway bar and restaurant with a super cozy Winter cabin vibe. It’s usually open from the first days of December.
Good for dinner and brunch on weekends.

Upstairs at the Kimberly Hotel
Midtown East
Penthouse level lounge with stunning views of the Chrysler Building with indoor and outdoor space and heated floors to make sure you stay warm & cozy!
Good for cocktails & small plates and brunch on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Dress code: business casual. No sneakers or flip-flops.

230 Fifth Rooftop Bar
Flatiron
Amazing rooftop with awesome views of the Empire State Building. They provide red robes for everyone and they put those Winter Igloos in Winter. It’s a cool experience.
Good for drinks & bites and a brunch buffet on weekends.

Mr. Purple Rooftop Bar & Restaurant
Lower East Side
A nice and spacious indoor rooftop with large windows and great NYC views. Chaise lounges, banquettes, and high top communal tables.
Good for evening drinks & bites and brunch on weekends.
Tip: go early to avoid long lines.

Haven Rooftop
Times Square
This NYC Rooftop transforms into a ski chalet in winter making it a very cozy place. Located at the top of the Sanctuary Hotel. Don’t expect a super view though but it’s still a nice rooftop!
Good for happy hour & dinner on weekdays.
Brunch on Weekends: 11:30am – 2:30pm (last reservation).
Dress code: business casual. No sneakers or ripped clothing.
Haven Rooftop: 132 W 47th St. between 7th & 6th Ave.

West Village
Modern steakhouse and chic lounge.
Good for happy hour, fine dining and cocktails.
The lodge (rooftop) is open Wed-Sat for dinner.

Great rooftop in Brooklyn with breathtaking views of Manhattan! With indoor space. I’d say this rooftop has the best NYC Views!

A large NYC Rooftop featuring an “urban amusement park” with adult sensibilities, great Empire State Building views, a rotating carousel and more.
Good to go in the evening/night for drinks and light bites. They offer the small plates & cocktail menu everyday beginning 4pm.
The circus theme they used to have is now held on Thursdays at Bodega Negra at the Dream Downtown Hotel.
Magic Hour: 485 7th Ave. (at 36th St).
