Following the 39th Annual Prospect Park Halloween, the hoots and howls continue at City Point with boo-gie down tunes, ghastly face painting, ghoulish balloon twists and more spooky activities for ghosts and goblins to enjoy at this second annual after party!

Halloween Parade in Park Slope

When: Oct. 31, 2018 | 6:30pm
Where: 14th Street and 7th Avenue.
kicking off from 14th Street and 7th Avenue at 6:30 pm. The parade will head north on 7th Avenue, turn left on 3rd Street and end in J.J. Byrne Playground at the Old Stone House. This is a family-friendly event with a focus on children.
Halloween Parade in Cobble Hill
BROOKLYN

When: Oct. 31, 2018 | 4pm.
Where: Cobble Hill Park. Website.
A tradition for more than 20 years organized by Cobble Hill Association. This hour-long parade starts in the park and follows musicians that lead a procession of costumed families down Congress to Henry, around to Warren Street and back to the park. Kids can stop at stoops for treats along the way in one of the most active Halloween communities in Brooklyn.

Halloween Parade in Jackson Heights
QUEENS

Huge kids parade. They’ll hand out over 3,500 goodie bags to kids who march.
Schools and groups line up on 89th Street just north of 37th Avenue between 4:30 and 5 PM.
